We strive to achieve excellence for all our customers and provide the best service and products to offer. We haven’t had a complaint yet but we can assure you, if a problem did ever occur with our work we would put things rights as soon as possible.

Having a complaints procedure guarantees that should this ever occur our customer would be able to follow the procedure below so we may respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction. 

“As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards. In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the matter.”
